Vertx Hockey Ambassador Program

The following outlines the program procedure, perks, and requirements.

Introduction

Do you love hockey? Are you passionate about our brand and want to experience Vertx Hockey products, potentially for free? If you are like us, hockey is all we think about. We are always striving to better ourselves, working hard to perfect skills, and better those around us. It takes hard work and dedication to get to the next level. Each step along the way, we set mini goals to achieve until we reach the final goal. That is what the Vertx Hockey ambassador program is all about.

Submit Ambassador Application

After submitting your application to join the team it will be reviewed in a timely manner. Please be patient as we are sometimes overloaded with applications and it may take a bit to review everyone in the order they were received. Once a decision has been made, we will notify you via the email that was used to submit the application. If at first you are not accepted do not give up, you can always resubmit. Some things we recommend for you to make the team are to have an active social media account that you regularly post about hockey. Are at the rink multiple times a week. Play or talk hockey with your friends and family almost every day. Tell us about your hockey life in the application!

Acceptance / Team Expectations

Welcome to Team Vertx. You are new here, so you need to prove to us what you are all about. Regularly tag us in your hockey posts with your Vertx Hockey gear, share, and interact with our posts. Let others know more about your Vertx Hockey gear in your posts, what you like about it, etc. Our ambassador program is setup just like any hockey team with 4 lines. The more people you spread the word to about Vertx Hockey the higher up you will be on the team and get better deals on gear for yourself. Plus, who doesn’t want to be on the 1^st line? Since you are just beginning out here, we will send you a welcome package to help get things started¹. In the package you will get Vertx Hockey merchandise, your own personal discount code, as well as a one-time 50% off coupon for any in-stock stick². We also will get you set up with a custom code for you to give to your friends, teammates, and family to use as often as they want that grants them 15% off their purchase³.

Each time someone uses your code you get a point. If the purchase is $49.99 and below you will earn an assist (1 point). If the purchase is $50 or greater, you get a goal (1 point). Each point you get will help you move up toward your spot on the 1^st line. Check out the chart below to see how many goals or assists you need to get to the next line⁴. Each time you get promoted to a new line, we will send you some Vertx Hockey gear for you to use, wear, or giveaway. Whatever you want to do, it is your choice, congratulations on the promotion. By the time you get to the first line with all these points you have racked up, you will probably need a new stick and we have you covered. Your choice of 50% off any stick, full custom⁵ or one in-stock, just let us know.

We recognize those who put in the effort to make it to the next level. If you are not being a team player or following the team’s expectations, there is a potential for you to be cut from the team. By staying active with us and posting or sharing with others your love of Vertx Hockey products you will be fine. If you seem to be slacking or not getting any points over a noticeable amount of time⁶, there is a chance you will have to meet with the GM in his office for a review.

Recruiting

Although Team Vertx has 4 lines for you to move up through, it does not mean we are limited to 22 players; yes, we see you tendy’s. We are always accepting applications, as of now at least⁷. If you know someone who is interested in joining the team, refer them to the website to apply. Tell them to let us know on the application you sent them; we will reward you with a little something if they make the team.

Can I get a free stick just for joining?

• No

Do I have to pay for shipping?

• No, you do not have to pay for shipping on any of the rewards we send you. Only if you personally purchase product.

Is this program available internationally?

• The Vertx Hockey team is only available to those in the United States and Canada currently.

Can I combine goals and assists to get to the next line?

• No, Team Vertx requires you to meet the requirement for either goals or assists to get to the next line.

What happens after I get to the 1^st line?

• After you have made it to the first line you will have the opportunity to become a captain. This status brings more perks and rewards. We will talk more when you get there.

¹ One time only. You are responsible for any customs fees, international charges, or duty on this shipment.

⁷ Allowing acceptance of new players is subject to our approval and amount of team members.
